Where is District 4?

Rich is running for City Commissioner in District 4 of the City of Sanford, as depicted in the above map.
The District spans along and to the north of 25th Street/County Road 46A, with the Seminole Town Center Mall on the west side, Mayfair Country Club in the middle and Seminole High School on the east side, and includes all of the homes, apartments, and businesses in between.

About Sanford City Government
​
The governing body of Sanford City Government is a 4 member commission and citywide elected mayor, with the same powers as the rest of the Commission, that is responsible for legislative functions such as establishing policy, passing local ordinances, voting appropriations, and develop an over all vision for the City, much like a corporate Board of Directors. The City Manager is appointed by the Commission, and answers to the Commission, much like a Chief Executive Officer. The Commission is ultimately answerable and accountable to the citizens of the City of Sanford.
